Ben Sorensen is a rather eccentric, witty, fun loving kind of guy with a passion for communicating, life and the environment!

Ben is currently the host of the popular “Benno & Lisa’s Brekky show” & “Benno’s Tunes till 3” on the Super Radio Networks Sunshine Coast radio stations 4GY and Classic Hits Noosa.

In addition to this Ben is a passionate Australian and a supporter of the Australian Country Music Industry through the syndicated “Ben Sorensen’s REAL Country” which is now airing on over 16 stations across the east coast!

For the last 10 years Ben Sorensen has been director of his media and live event business BSE Australia, and through its success won two Business Achiever Awards. In 2009 Ben was also awarded an Australia Day award by Gympie Regional council for his entrepreneurial and community work.

Through his work with BSE Australia’s Recording studios Ben has also released 2 award winning Australian forest meditation CD’s – Forest of light, and Sounds of the Forest.

Ben is also a popular voice over artist voicing over 80+ ads every week, and has been the voice over and warm-up guy for such well loved children’s TV shows as “Sharky’s Friends” on Channel 9 and is currently in production with another exciting new series.

In his latest venture, Druids Garden, Ben chose to explore his other life long passions – Meditation, nature, and herbs! “They (Meditation, nature, and herbs) have always been a massive part of my life, and with the increasing pace of the world I felt it was time to share with others how to get back to basics and enjoy life and the world in which we live!” Ben said.

All of his knowledge on herbs has come from experiential learning growing up in a rural community and having a history of strong green thumbs in the family! These days Ben augments his own knowledge with active research and his working herb gardens.
